NOTE: SINCE I WROTE THIS A LOT HAS CHANGED. I HAVE ADDED MORE HABITS THAN I CAN COUNT. THIS PROJECT IS NO MORE ABOUT HABITS as MUCH AS IT IS ABOUT GROWTH AND REACHING MY POTENTIAL. A LOT OF THE THINGS BELOW DO NOT APPLY ANYMORE, BUT WILL GIVE YOU A GREAT BACKGROUND FOR HOW THIS STARTED. A MORE UPDATED VERSION OF WHAT I AM UP TO CAN BE FOUND HERE: )






My 120 Day habit project.(Actually this will be more a like a year long project. First 3 months will be a total of 15 habits[with the help of a shit ton of noots], but the months after that I want to post on how I am keeping up with the habits)

I’ve heard humans are only able to develop 2-3 habits at a time. I want to see with nootropics, lots of conscious awareness/intent to the process that I can do at least 5 habits a month for 3 months. (Month Four will be 2 habits, but I will be getting off of 90% of all NOOTS)

MONTH 1:

Morning Ritual(90min)
Meditation(20 minutes in morning +20 minutes at night)
Email food plan to sponsor


4 hours of homework
Stretching 15 minutes a day.
Review life goals, principles and insights twice a day
Affirmations is car, especially when I do not feel like it
Listen to hypno tape 2x a day
Practice visualizing, vocabulary, writing vivid disciptions organize insights
Brush teeth+floss+mouthwash 3x a day
Say hi to every woman I pass by(yes I am a part time creeper. What can I say, I am a horny dude)
Dress well
Do atleast on exercise from a workbook,program a day
Look into full length mirror while naked for 2 min,
Take a cold shower
Go to an OA meeting
Night ritual, look at where I was concious and uncocnious(do the self-esteem exercises on these) fears list, dishonesty log, things I avoided, things I did not feel like doing, email food plan to sponsor, journal, habit log, plan tomorrow, look at
what I can do to improve, make a weekly calendar of it

MONTH 2:
*Spend 10 minutes talking to one out of the 8 people in my life that I aspire to be like.
*Honest blog, doing the 12 steps on a v-blog
*Read my journal to youtube
*Have my back taped by my roommate to improve my posture.
*Creating a central blog on growth, but have a couple of sub-sections: habits, honesty project, dissecting fear, nootropics, going out of comfort zone, life goals, 12 steps on youtube.
*Hangout with someone I respect once a week.
*track caloric intake of everyday perfectly
*ADD as much things from man tran as I can to this list

Haven’t decided what the next months habits will be.
