Description
Hi, I'm 43 and I've been trying many nootropics since 2012 and tried many stacks. This one fits best for me and is stable since more than a year. By time (few times a month), I take a break of few days. If I get sick (like cold or flu) I take a break until I recover. My doctor said last month I'm very healthy and since 2012 I lowered my bad cholesterol and increased my good one (hard to achieve). This, even if I eat more salty, oily and greasy.
When I have a big day, I take L-carnitine in mid afternoon. I also drink a lot of green tea (not the junk in supermarket but I get tea leaves from TW and China).
I also introduced the stady to my family (especialy elders) and they love it and keep taking it on regular basis. I used a small trick to let them evaluate if that help them. I ask them to do Sudoku in morning before they start the stack then when they use it. All said the resolve Sudoku easier which tells me the focus increased.
If I go back 3 years ago, I was a hard worker but not efficient one. Now I naturally focus on priorities, plan better, get more pragmatic and even can read book in evening as if it was in morning.
