Just injected my last 4ml of 50ml. I already felt that I can't live without it, at least until the long term effects kick in or my brain becomes "healthy". The mood, learning ability, creativity, problem solving has helped me greatly in these two weeks. I felt that I can follow my heart much more easily in decision making.

I was using 5ml a day until my last 10ml which I spread to 1ml, 2ml, 3ml and 4ml. I'm already feeling some sort of withdrawal effects when I'm using 1ml and 2ml at night. I was hoping it would have longer effects if I used it before sleep, since one of my 5ml days I dozed off after injecting and I wake up totally motivated, calm and attentive, but has some irritability which may or may not be related to Cerebrolysin. I usually have unrefreshed sleep which I linked to unreleased/constant tensions which caused my depression, ADD and mood swings.

I've been increasing my meditation hours since feeling it's beneficial effects much more. I'm hoping to be more Captain Kirk than Spock, although I might end up having best of both.

And there's no way I could have constructed this post without Cerebrolysin. Is there a bulk available?

Time for report from lurker.
I was using cerebrolysin with my gf for approx 2 month (last injection was maybe 3 months ago). Most frequently i was dosing 5ml for 6 days and sunday off. Some days i try 10ml but i feel it was too much.

I like that effects when i was on cycle, but i dont know how to describe it. It was best of best from all nootropics i tried. I tried piracetam and i have 3/4 times brain fog. I tried many other trings like all other racetams (pramira, anira, oxira), noopept (in some ways works good), sunifiram (no effects), huperzine (first day good, others nothing), alcar (like too much coffee), etc but cerebro is best albeit i was on it more introverted. Wandering more in my mind. But i dont know if it relate to cerebro. I was always high level introvert and i have periods when i do it.

But now after 3 months not using it from my subjective view i dont think it cause any significant long term effects.
I dont feel different from time before i was using cerebrolysin albeit i feel better but i think it is not because i was using cerebro but because i am trying changing my nolifer lifestyle  . Mainly getting more sleep. I start running and this basic stuff.

I stopped using it because i get tired of injecting it. Some days i swap 3 needles only to find good spot which will not hurt only for 1 injection.

Another thing is my girlfriend which has bipolar. She has remissions every 2,3 weeks and she is in depression for 1,2 week and i was thinking cerebrolysin maybe help lowering symptoms but it dont. She can be on cycle and baaam and he got 1,2 day mania and after that depression.
I am in NSI-189 group and i am hoping that it will fix someway her bipolar disease .

Funny thing is when i ask my gf (when she is not in remission) how he can describe effects from cerebro she dont know. Its like LSD, you must try it to understand  . I think for everyone it is little different.

That just sounded manic. I am not maniac, it's more of an euphoric feeling. I maintain my theory about pineal gland. Every system in my brain is becoming more balanced, maybe that correct (if not artificially perfect) functioning of my whole brain is decalcifying or at least slowing the aging of the pineal gland. I think is the only structure in brain that changes so drastically over the time, among with the hippocampus. The dream living perception makes me be sure it is related to it.

I was reading some weeks ago about fluoroquinolones poison. It seems so awful, I can't even start imaginating how it feels like. Is known, fluorides join strongly to Pineal gland, hence that poisoning is basically a deconnection between pineal and the rest of the brain. Fluoride is added to cities' water to prevent infections. That's an interesting part of the brain to be searched for nootropic benefits, although we know nothing about it.

Also, Rita Levi demonstrated (at least with her great lifespan) that NGF augment clearly provides a lifespan increasing. Perhaps, the expression 'make your dreams come true' has some wisdom. Maybe all we need and look for is dreaming awake.

I doesnt sound manic, it just seems like you took 10ml or cere ;)

You seem to have responded in a similar way than i did. I too discovered/enhanced deep meditation abilities. Did you notice any ligaments, cartilages issues ?

Cerebrolysin's effectiveness is the reason why i'm really enthousiast about nsi-189.

I haven't though, and already have some of joints and cartilage problems in knee and back, so it's hard to know.

I read what you said of Cebria. You think there is a reason to worry for our joints, ligaments and cartilages?

Yes, the next day after taking cebria, my knee is stiff and i easily get whip lashes in the neck. But thats with npep12 (cebria), Which is a derivate of cere. Can't remember if i had ligament issues on cere.

So if a student is reading this, you can thank me later for providing you with a field of research. I may also be wrong but it's still something that needs to be evaluated, pointed out

That's a bit dissapointing, the Cebria thing. I was thinking on using it concommitant to Cere, the off periods. But after that, I will stay far from it. Already have some joints problems in some parts of my body so I don't wanna aggravate them.

However, if Cere in the other hand, is totally free of those effects, that's good news. If it's not safe in that aspect at all, that won't make me stay far from it :)

Have you noticed some hair loss issues with Cere? Just asking, remember ALCAR, it made, after a 30 pill bottle, more noticeable the hair loss in my right side of head.

Maybe, NGF increasing could have this effect? I remember neurotrophins bind to p75 receptor as well as all Trk receptors. And P75N had some relation with hair loss, if I recall correctly.

But, I have only heard this about ALCAR and Pregnolenone.

I say this cos it's ironic to us, who look for lifespam among other things, have to deal with more hair loss HAHA.

Try to notice for ligaments on your next cycle. But i suspect this happened on cebria. Its a shame because it really works similar to cere, but not worth it for the ligaments issues.

As for hair loss, i have to say that i have better hair days on cere. I feel its more healthy, shiny and strong while on it... When the cycle ends i seem to remark it thinning away. Now is this phenomenon caused by an illusion due to the elevated mood and stress reduction ? Dont know... This seems to be the first time someone opens the hair aspect while experimenting with cere.

Yeah, I noticed skin 'quality' was way better during my Cere cycle, so I think there's no reason at first to worry for that matters. It looks like a lifespanner in all its splendour. Definitely, it has a lot of essential amioacids plus the unknown peptides fragment, so there is no reason to think it would be detrimental to anything related to health:

Each ml of this drug contains 3.00mg of alanine, 0.25mg of arginine, 3.00mg of asparaginic acid, 0.06g of cystine, 4.30mg of glutaminic acid, 1.50mg of glycine, 1.30mg of histidine, 2.00mg of isoleucine, 6.00mg of leucine, 0.50mg of methionine, 2.00ml of phenylalanine, 2.00mg of proline, 0.30g of serine, 0.30g of threonine, 0.50g of tryptophane and 2.00mg of thyrosine as amino acids as well as peptides having a molecular weight of 10,000 or less

That's nearly all the essential/non-essential aminoacids, and all the studies showed a improvement in general clinical state in subjects. It has made me even more dark skinned in the summer, being me a pale skin fellow.

However, I'll try to notice if it has a negative effects on joints the next time, just in case.

It is made by Ebewe Neuro pharma. It comes from a reputable pharmacy(which belongs to gigantic chain of pharmacies). Checks, rules and regulations are very strict in EU. Also many people on this thread have already bought it. You can always contact Ebewe and ask if the product is real once your order arrives.

It's better to keep vendor discussions to a minimum here, it is Cerebrolysin Experiences thread after all . PM or email me if you have more questions.

"...in 1992,Mukhamedzhanov, et al. [22] treated 548 patients with perinatal
encephalopathy with cerebrolysin injections into the earlobe. In 1993,
Naidin, et al. [23] of the Burdenko Institute of Neurosurgery compared
intravenous and ear-lobe administration of cerebrolysin, finding no
difference between the two routes
." (ref: http://sci.rutgers.e...mp;d=1143995398)

Lol, anybody tried injecting to earlobe?

Intravenous way is more efficient than intramuscular? this would mean that injecting to earlobe would also beat intramuscular?

I have the same question :|?

Anybody tried injecting to earlobe?

Personally, I'd just try it in the glute if it's known to work well this way. In the earlobe seems a bit sketchy and well, weird.

Hi everybody.
After a long time like modafinil user, with excellent results (I'll talk on another post),I'm very interested in cerebrolysin.
By the way it's my body the place where I should inject the product,I want to try a reliable source in Eu.
So far,I found our nice NootropicEU shop user, and the romanian shop.
Now,I found that from nootropicEU a dosage of 50 ml will cost about 52 euro, while the same amount on romanian shop about 150 euro.By the way I don't believe in miracles,I have some doubts about the source. And by the way it's a porcine brain extract, the source must be very good. And the source could not necessary be Ever Neuro Pharma, because the grey market is full of counterfeit products.
I'm not leveling an accusation,to be clear.I'd just like to have a logical explanation before spending my moneys and injecting in my ass some China products.

That is my experience also. I purchased my Cere from superhuman gear twice, and was very happy with the effects. When I found out about nootropic.eu, I tried their Cere. I believe the Cere is exactly the same. Same effects, it has all the correct markings, and the price is better. I couple other people on another forum I frequent have had the same experience with this vendor. It is only natural that people should be wary, when shopping for something like this.

Haven't purchased from SHG. Nootropic.eu are pretty good. Both times under 2 weeks to get to Australia with helpful personal service - as far as I can tell, you've no need to worry about whether they are legit.

I've done around 35 10ml injections into the proper thigh muscle (have forgotten it's name) and am now starting to experience the odd muscle twitch or pain when I try to insert the needle. Maybe it's due to injecting too high an amount of liquid? I've had to slow down and have been doing the last 10 or so vials twice a week instead of the proper cycle. It was easy to begin with, I'll probably take a break for a while to let my legs recover.

Cere has been a positive experience overall though.

Thanks for the feedback guys.

Switch to Gluteus Maximus muscle(buttock injection). It's large, easy to inject. Many nurses/doctors do that.

I'm sure thats a better spot, but I prefer the thigh. I can insert the needle nice and slow. To be honest, I do not like IM injections at all. It is only because I get such positive effects from Cere that I continue to use it. BTW I use 5ml/day for 5 days, 2 days off and repeat for a total of 4 weeks.

I've gotten three separate orders from Nootropic.eu as well - no issues. I loved the stuff - so much that I took it to the next level with my research on my rat. We're in the process of trying to get it to stick to him with an adenovirus so that more long term results can be observed.

Nootropic.eu is a legit source. Stop spending your money in SHG and other more expensive sites. It's the same Cerebrolysin, and at a reasonable price.

I really want to jump in on this but I have a few questions for the community.

1) There seems to be some inconsistency in the results posted along this thread. I'm trying to look for patterns in usage or demographics that can help me understand the differences. First: age. Has anyone under 30 seen this work well for them? Second: injection site. Where have some of the responders/non-responders injected?

2) What source is everyone using for the supplies needed like the needles, syringe, filter, etc.?

3) Has anyone considered the possibility of acquiring a disease from this animal-derived solution? How are we sure there won't be any viruses (prions) or bacteria in the solution?

Also, there is this post from Therein that kind of confused me:

It must be Lithuanian if you ordered from NootropicEU.

I have 5x5mL and 2x10mL Cerebrolysin that I bought from them and it looks like I won't be using it. I live in the US and am willing to ship it to whoever is interested. You can pay with PayPal or Bitcoins. I would accept personal checks and money orders too but I will be moving soon and I want to streamline the process as much as possible.

I can sell the entire thing (2x10mL + 5x5mL) for 80$ + shipping. Let me know if you are interested. I also have the syringes and needles I bought for this and haven't used. I'll give them away too.

Why is he so concerned about Lithunian Cere? Should I be concerned about ordering from NootropicEU?

I'm really excited about this one. The positive testimonies are pretty strong. I wonder how long it will take once I order it.

I've heard many comment on the ventrogluteal being a good site for injection but as many reaffirmations as I see, I still think I would be scared to try injecting there. This is the best video I've found documenting where to find the site:

Any comments on this?

After feeling around in that area, it almost feels like gap between two bony parts where the top of the gap forms a 'u' or an 'n' shape where you can kind of stick your finger if you're not stressing the muscle.

1) I injected Cerebro when I was 20 years old. And it worked, though I was under a high stress environment, majoring in both mathematics and physics in my university. I was originally attracted to Cerebro for the memory benefits, while I do receive some memory benefit( maybe placebo), the antidepressant effect is quite pronounced and certainly not placebo. The world just seems brighter and happier when I am on Cerebro. The effect lasts for about 3 weeks after the last injection in a series of 5x5ml with one injection per day. The injection site was vastus lateralis.

2) You don't really need a filter, I recommend around 23G needle if injecting into vastus lateralis because the muscle can move after you insert the needle, and maybe this fear is completely irrational but I don't want the needle bending or breaking off while it is in my muscle. As for a source, just use google.

3) Cerebrolysin has been around for a long time, I haven't heard of any prion contamination especially from the "official" product of EVER neuro pharma. I don't you should worry about this. I get my Cerebro from nootropic.eu. Good guy and good Cerebro.

1) I am 28, work in a very senior position. Lots of responsibility and expected to respond to whatever is thrown at me. When on my Cere cycle, I concentrated on directly measurable cognitive effects (Lumosity, reaction time games, driving simulators etc). I responded well and made good gains in those games. However the reason I tried Cere was to improve my 'real life' brain. I done a ~3 week cycle doing 5days on 2 days off injecting 10ml most of the time. I have been off it for about 2 months now and am starting to feel the need to try it again. This time I am not going to bother with any cognitive games and try to concentrate on just going about my day normally as much as possible to see if it helps. I do feel as though my brain is generally a little slower and less 'open' over the past few weeks. Is it a come down of Cere...who knows. I am still not sure whether Cere was a genuine help or not. I plan to use my next cycle to see.

2) I have never used a filter and never had an issue injecting. My Cere cycle was the first time I ever used needles and I really wasn't sure if I could do it. After trying it with a 23AWG needle in my thigh it was painless and fine. A little prick for the first ~5mm but after that the needle generally just glides in.

3) From a medical product that is synthesised by a reputable lab and has been used for over 30+ years? No. I'm sure they have plenty of checks in place to ensure this is not possible.

As far as everything else goes, all the questions about whether injection sites are effective or not, whether you need filters and whether the stuff from Nootropic.eu is legit are starting to get a little old. It's about as useful as challenging whether the earth is really round...plenty of literature already, just read through this thread or give google a shot.
