Healthy Mocha Recipe

Ingredients:

Blue Diamond Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
Almond extract
Unsweetened Chocolate squares, such as Baker's brand (kept with baking supplies in supermarket)
Teechino herbal coffee substitute, Mocha flavor if possible, use others if not. You might be able to buy this from Whole Foods or mail order from
jkjkjkjkjkjkj Vitacost.com.
Carob powder
dash of brandy (optional)

Put a teaspoon of the Teechino in a small reusable coffee filter, the kind that are sometimes gold-plated , (or you can try a paper one, I haven't tried that)
Grate a about a half a teaspoon of the chocolate and put in on top of the Teechino in the filter.

Heat up one cup of almond milk to just boiling, add a few drops of almond extract. Pour this through the filter slowly in stages. Add the carob and brandy, if desired. Stir well.
