Yeah I'm giving up on this thread/groupbuy. The potential NSI-189 sources I've heard thus far: New Star Nootropics, Transhuman Technologies, Ceretropic, nyles7, and Nutraceutical Life Optimization. Ceretropic's ETA is five weeks (delayed), THT about a week, while Nutraction is offering theirs on "backorder" without ETA. The others just have claimed to be offering the product in the future. I'm checking these five guys daily, hoping at least one of them starts shipping before July.

Is what he wrote to me May first. But I might have misunderstod, this might be the epigenetic agents, but I doubt it.

Hey everyone!

I emailed THT.co yesterday inquiring if they would be offering NSI-189 soon, and if not, how much it would be for a custom synthesis of bulk quantities. If the cost difference is enough, I might consider personally funding a bulk purchase, and try and help pass on some of the savings. Unfortunately, this would only be limited to individuals in the US (unless someone would like to take charge of logistics for those outside of the US-- I'd prefer a more senior member who has been shown to be trustworthy).

Anyhoo, they emailed me back today saying that NSI-189 should be up for sale on wednesday or thursday of this week, and that they'd also get back to me pricing (both listing and bulk quantities) tomorrow.

Out of curiousity, has anyone had any experience using THT.co? How reliable are they?

I must say, I am so fucking excited for this.

I have received some stuff from them. Excellent packaging and the product seems ok but I haven't had it tested.
I'm just curious as to why you are reluctant to ship overseas? I buy literally hundreds of items from overseas every year. Are you afraid of being scammed, customs issues or trying to figure out postage?

Greetings Pwain,

That is excellent news! What all did you order, if you dont mind me asking? I'd be interested in hearing if the product you ordered checks out in terms of effects (whatever it is). Hopefully, everything will work out! Once this is released, I'll be buying the minimum quantity that they sell as a sample to test legitimacy. If the prices check out and they have a legitimate product, only then will I make a decision to order a bulk synthesis.

Im actually not afraid of being scammed or even figuring out postage. Rather, I just dont want to deal with doing international shipping (I worked in a mail + parcel store for over 5 years, I know how it works) because it can be a pain in the ass, not to mention if customs decides to be a jerk and levy taxes... And given that I'd potentially be funding a bulk synthesis, I think that I have the right to basically say "Yeaaah, not dealing with it". That all being said I am willing to work with someone who would willing to deal with it, but I would prefer a more senior member who is experienced in doing all this. I would also like for a senior member to perhaps step in/help out to boost credibility as Im a fairly new member and I completely understand why some people would be very apprehensive about buying instead from me. Again, the whole purpose of this would be to make the overall cost of this drug cheaper for everyone interested in it (cheaper drugs = easier for people to obtain = more experiences = faster build up of anecdotal evidence/information = ??? = profit (information wise, of course :>)).

Hopefully everything works out! :>

Hi ByAnyMeansNecessary, I ordered ALT-711 (Alagebrium) but I have not had Atl-711 before so effects wise and tase wise, I am not sure what to expect. All I can say is it doesn't taste very nice :).

I know that serveal people in another thread have also reported recieving 7,8 DHF from this company. It is not clear about the colour since what arrived is a yellowy green colour but subjective effects of it seem to be good so sounds like it may be the right stuff. I have some other stuff on order so I will update when that arrives. They've gone to a lot of trouble with the bottles and packaging so I think they are in for the long haul so don't think they are scamming but nothing is 100%.

I think NSI-189 is going to be appearing everywhere soon so I suspect that a group buy will not be necessary. Really I see it comming down to price now - hopefully we will see some real price drops.

Greetings PWAIN,

You're probably right, but, sometimes these compounds can still be pretty expensive (look at Alpha GPC or CDP choline, for instance). We'll see. If the price still is pretty high, then a bulk buy may still be beneficial.  There are a lot of different factors that play into it.

I hope it ends up being decently priced. If this ends up being cracked up to what its made out to be, then I theoretically wont need to take more than a few pills a day with a couple of different stuff (maybe centrophenoxine, adrafinil, and maaaaaaaaaaaaybe bromantane depending if I decide to go through with it; speaking of which, I contacted focus powders and they said they may be offering bromantane powder on their site soon!).

Heres to hoping the prices are reasonable/okay. :>

Greetings Everyone!

Today, THT.co emailed me back regarding my inquiry into what their listed price for NSI-189 is going to be coming tomorrow or thursday for release. Here is what they said:

I'm not 100% sure at this stage, but it's looking like a 1g container will be $32.99.  I'll know for sure by tomorrow, and I'll send you an update.
Thanks again for your interest...!

33$ for 1 gram seems like a very good price, given what NSI-189 is preportedly does, especially given that dosage of NSI-189, iirc is 10-30mg x 2-3 times daily (if anyone could verify the dosage, that'd be great!).

I am beyond ecstatic to be able to a hold of this compound, especially considering that today velopismo posted this:

Form Richard Garr of Neuralstem today:

Neuralstem hopes also to make a substantial difference in veteran care. The abstract for the results of our Phase Ib trial in Major Depressive Disorder (MDD) recently became publicly available. This is our first in class neurogenic drug (a small molecule, orally active drug, a pill). We believe that this drug works by structurally rebuilding the hippocampus, repairing the atrophy that we see in MRI's in depressed patients. The specific data is still embargoed until June 17th when it will be presented by Dr. Marlene Freeman, Medical Director, Clinical Trials Network and Institute, Massachusetts General Hospital, and Associate Professor of Psychiatry, Harvard Medical School, at the American Society of Clinical Psychopharmacology Annual Meeting. But as the abstract states unequivocally, the patients in this double blind placebo controlled trial showed clinically meaningful improvement across every test given to them; and that improvement persisted for months after the dosing stopped. Some of you have asked about the use of the term ?clinically meaningful" compared to the more frequently used term ?statistically significant.? Clinically meaningful is a much higher standard. Of course we have statistical significance, but that alone doesn't mean that the improvement is enough to make a difference to the patients. Clinically meaningful means exactly that.

This is an entirely new class of drugs with new mechanisms of actions and, as the abstract says, also improved the cognitive impacts associated with MDD. We believe that NSI-189 will eventually be used to treat a wide range psychiatric indications and ultimately cognitive indications such as pre-Alzheimer?s dementia and Alzheimer?s.

We are looking forward to June 17th when we can share the data from this trial beyond the abstract and the following week when the biomarker data from the trial is made public at the 29th Annual CINP World Congress of Neuropsychopharmacology on June 24th. At Neuralstem, we are extremely proud that our technology is being turned to issues that affect so many active duty soldiers and Veterans.

I brought the ALT-711 from tht.co (note that is not .com). I believe that nsi-189 will be available there in the next day or 2 according to a response I saw in these forums but it is not listed as of yet. They also do some other stuff I am interested in. They will also be getting some NMN in 4 to 6 weeks which will be really cool.

Greetings everyone!

Unfortunately, it seems that THT.co did not upload or open up NSI-189 for purchase so far. However, whenever I've tried to access their site recently (within the past 12 hours), I get lots and lots of code. Perhaps they're updating/modifying their site to add more products?

I recently ordered some coluracetam from them (given that it was pretty cheap-- 23$ total including shipping. I figure if its BS, then I wont be losing out on too much) as a way to sort of test out their legitimacy. Can anyone else confirm that their products are in fact legit? I know that some people have received products from them and subjectively its been good, but, has anyone actually submitted anything for third party testing?

Hopefully this doesnt end up being a fruitless endeavor, and hopefully maybe today theyll add it to their site (would be nice, as I am currently home, in bed, sick with some kind of weird low-grade flu).

I've been in communication with THT for the last few weeks.  Every time I have inquired about NSI-189 I have been told it should be available within the next few days.  However, still no NSI-189.

And yes, their site seems to be down.

Unlikely. Seems the site might be getting a face-lift or something of that sort.

Let's hope so. However, they shouldn't have to bring the web site down to do it. These things can be done without downtime.

Greetings everyone!

I checked out THT.co today as the past few days they have been having issues. Today, their site is up only with this message:

The ThT store is temporarily closed while we implement an improved checkout system. All outstanding orders will be fulfilled, and the store should re-open July 1st with a fully integrated shopping cart system, as well as a number of new products.

Please return around July 1st for exciting new products and a smoother, integrated checkout. We apologize for any inconvenience caused during the downtime. If you would like to check on the status of your order, please email info@tht.co

Hopefully what this means is that they'll be releasing NSI-189 on july 1st  :-D as well. :>

Greetings everyone!

Today, I emailed tht.co inquiring about my order that I had placed previous to it going down. They responded back and explained that they would look when they got to the warehouse.  I asked if they had a comprehensive list of what compounds they were adding (including retail quant, pricing, etc). This is the response I got back:

We're working on _lots_ of products -- but it's tough to say which of 'em will be ready on time, which projects we'll have to cancel, and which ones are going to be delayed.  I know that we have NSI-189 Phosphate ready, so that's definitely going to be one of 'em.  Pure cycloastragenol will also go up.  Apart from that... well... email me in two or three weeks and I'll be able to send you a more comprehensive and detailed update.
Thanks again...!

So, NSI-189  for sure will be available in July :>

Given their competitive pricing up to now, I am hoping that their Cycloagtragenol will be decently priced too, may actually make a foray into telomerase activation.

Yeah, Im considering trying to procure some from them to give to my rat. We've ruled out brain tumor as the cause for his issues... We think its due to a recurring respiratory infection. He's getting pretty old, (he's over 2 now) and if I can get him back to health (slowly but surely) I think this may actually extend his life for a bit. So. Hopefully everything works out with THT.co.

Im still somewhat curious as if to how pure their products are. When you receive their products, do they include COA's and all that jazz, or no?

Hey Guys, I figured I would comment here so that people who do not frequent Reddit can be up to speed with what is going on as well. Last week we were sent a cease and desist letter from Neuralstem's lawyers. While we feel that their use patent does not cover the sale of a research chemical, and certainly does not cover our analog, they made it clear that if we were to go forward, they would make our lives hell. So while we feel that legally our analog would be perfectly fine, we do not want to get into a fight with a billion dollar company. They made it clear that they would alert various government agencies to our operation, and generally make things harder for us to do business. So it is in our best interest to back down from the sale of NSI-189, or any direct structurally related analogs.

Sorry to get people's hopes up. We respect that Neuralstem spent a lot of money to get this compound through trials, and need to assert their legal control of their patents. We just didn't think they would come after us before we even put it up on the site. Obviously they have people reading these forums, and knew about things ahead of time. It's unfortunate that this will make it harder for people to get this great compound, but we understand why they did what they did. We are going to move on and focus on our other new compounds.
