I have been asked to start a thread about supps that would synergise or be additive to GHK/GHK-Cu by a number of people who have bought GHK/GHK-Cu in the 'group buy' here:

As GHK was discovered during studies comparing the effect of human plasma from young persons (age 20–25) to plasma from older persons like GDF11 was, its a safe bet that GDF-11 or anything that boosts GDF-11 is at the top of the list of synergistic or additive supps.

Presently the easily accessible methods are to supplement butyrate in one form or another, or/and get your gut to produce its own by taking a course of specific probiotics and then keeping them alive with daily prebiotics like FOS, GOS, Inulin and Resistant Starch.

Supplementing butyrate salts like sodium butyrate involves taking a very smelly capsule that has a half life of only 5 minutes. (I assume the magnesium and calcium etc. salts are similar?)
The way to go is Tributyrin capsules IMHO as they don't stink although Tributyrin is bitter:

Other ways of increasing HDAC > GDF-11 look to be:
MCT Oil or Virgin Coconut Oil.

For cancer and DNA changes Curcumin looks interesting.

What you take with your GHK/GHK-Cu would depend on your own reason/s for taking GHK/GHK-Cu in the 1st place, so what do you intend to take with it and why?

What about deep ketogenic diet? Beta-hydroxybutyrate is a natural endogenous HDAC inhibitor with good IC50 value. 2-3 mmol is achievable with excercise, without calorie restriction and even with pretty high protein intake.

According to this study:

IC50 of BHB is  5.3, 2.4, and 4.5 mM for HDAC1, HDAC3, HDAC4. It is pretty strong.

Yes xEva mentioned that before somewhere and it should be added, even if most will ignore this method.
I did mention Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) which has a mild ketogenic effect.

Thx for the reminder that its HDAC-3 that inhibits GDF-11.
It also seems that HDAC inhibition may cause the liver and other organs not to regenerate if taken chronically.

At the end of the day it seems that injecting GDF-11 is the best way to go.

Bone healing:

My reading of that would be that the quoted protocol utilized a mixture that included Gly-His-Lys together with dalargin and thymogen specifically targeted for bone healing. They then extrapolated a scaled dosage for humans @ 140 μg delivered 10xdaily IV (human dosing IP isn't practical, so I'll just assume IV). This seems to follow from their previous assertion that due to the half-life, multiple doses maintained optimal levels with smaller total dosing.
