Skip the mushrooms, they have many undesirable chemicals in addition to the psilocybin. Go with 4-aco-dmt, a pro-drug of psilocin, much smoother trip than mushrooms (no gastrointestinal side effects).

Or you can lemon-tek mushrooms, which converts it to psilocin instead of the stomach, reducing nausea, gastrointestinal side effects & a faster come up.

Psilocybin is the only drug that showed me what having no depression is like. Lasting anti depressant effects for weeks after.

i think its not the fact that psilocin is less nauseating than psilocybin, but rather that the nauseating nasties as non water soluble. this is supported by a time I decanted my friend his precious tea and I spooned the slurry or sludge that remain... def nauseating.

the lemon juice also decreases ph, when most alkaloids become highly soluble. this again you can confirm with a lemon and nonlemon plain water tekm eat both sludges, the nonlemon one should leave more toddies behind.

for depression jaiho, tried lsd, ketamine, or glyx13? like 30-70mcg lsd is the sweet spot, no more than twice a week

you can also do this for green tea, and I've read it increases the antioxidant capcity of tea 5 times and makes resteeping redundant, but I personally can't stand the lemon undertine.

Do you have any information on the dosage of 4-aco-dmt? Should i try microdosing maybe?

Do you have any information on the dosage of 4-aco-dmt? Should i try microdosing maybe?

The dosage curve is pretty steep for microdosing. In the 3-4mg range it is a microdose and at 5mg tripping begins. I would recommend making a solution with concentration 10mg/ml and use a graduated dropper to dose if you want to microdose. As for a full on trip you could go with 20mg.

If you want more substantiated dosage information you can look at this paper. Here two doses of psilocybin were given: 10mg followed by 25mg. If we ignore the action of 4-aco-dmt itself and just consider it a prodrug of psilocin like psylocybin than we can calculate an equivalent dose of 4-aco-dmt based on that paper. We want to find the dose of 4-aco-dmt that breaks down into exactly the same number of molecules as psilocybin. Since each molecule of psilocybin and 4-aco-dmt breakdown into 1 molecule of psilocin all we need to do is to take the ratio of the molecular masses of 4-aco-dmt and psilocybin. The molecular mass of psilocybin is 284.3 and the molecular mass of 4-aco-dmt is 246.3, so 4-aco-dmt is more potent as a pro drug of psilocin. Then we have that 246.3/284.3=.87, so we would multiply the dosage of psilocybin by .87 to get the equivalent dosage of 4-aco-dmt.

For example using the dosages in the study the equilavent dosages for 4-aco-dmt are:

10mg Psilocybin = 8.7mg 4-aco-dmt

25mg Psilocybin= 21.6mg 4-aco-dmt

I want to stress that this analysis made a very crucial assumption that 4-aco-dmt doesn't have any pharmacological action itself and that the pharmocodynamics of the metabolism of 4-aco-dmt and psilocybin are approximately the same. Still I believe it to be a good estimate.
