I've been trying different brands of High-Gamma Vitamin E and every brand I've tried makes me feel a bit punky for the rest of the day.

It's hard to describe, but sort of a GI distress / queasiness that hangs around for 12 hours or so. I also notice peculiar odors in my nose and from the palms of my hands.

I'm a big believer in Vitamin-E and the research showing too much alpha tocopherol can be problematic, but I just can't get around the way the high gamma E formulas make me feel.  I've never had any problem with the "E with mixed tocopherols" I've taken in the past, though I've read these are primarily alpha-E supplements.

Can't believe I might be the only one having this kind of trouble.  Anyone else notice this?

I didn't. Been taking about 270mg per day for the last 9 years, beside about 330 mg of alpha.
