TOday, was solid.

Morning: acytel selank-
Afternoon- 5.2gs piracetam
night - 5.2gs of piracetam
past my bed time- p21
Habits: Today, I gave myself a break from homework. Don’t want to get burnout, plus my body was feeling fatigued.
Also I didn’t do stretching or meditation like planned. I made up for it at night, but that is not the point of creating a habit.
A lot of this came down to poor planning again. I had a lot to do this morning and I put my habits low on my priority list.
This is not looking good. I have to go strong every day and not deviate.
It’s funny that I am struggling with this experiment so far, yet I want to make it more intense. Though this is all I can handle and in about 30 days I will add another 5 habits, that will probably be even more challenging than these habits that were meant to help be restorative. Easy as she goes. So far not bad. I am going to look to focus on improving my daily process of these "habit ritual"
Tomorrow I am going to journal my thought processes and resistances towards my habits.
