There are two types of pictures about yourself at LongeCity: the avatar and the profile picture. When one is displayed and not the other is not always clear (frankly its completely unclear).
To simplify things, the profile picture will no longer be used in the coming forum redesign, so make sure that picture is saved elsewhere if you still want it...
