Toddlersaurus rex?

I'm in a public place using their computers. It was blissfully quiet except for this one large computer. There was child standing there. When I got up close to this child, it was at least 5'8", with an undeveloped upper body and a floppy ass. I couldn't tell if it was male or female. Its face was as narrow as its but was wide. Its brown eyes were opaque. It was watching a video on the screen that appeared to be of it. As soon as I approached, it stood a few feet away from the computer and stamped both feet, shot me an angry look and left. This was super rude because I was using a wheelchair. I wish I could have thought of what to say. So many young people make rude noises emit from various machines, and it's all about nothing. In many cases they seem to be mad because they weren't attended to by their parents. This one was just weird.

Do we really need giant toddlers running around like some kind of toddlersaurus rex?

Anyway, I'm mad that I was treated that way. That was disturbing and disorienting.

Every night I can't sleep because young Asian males driving in my neighborhood have removed the mufflers from their mopeds. They weren't attended to and now they are going to make everyone sorry. I never had kids. No one can live in this place because there are so many unhappy Asians here. I didn't know it could be like that. Apparently not only do you need to be able to attend to your own needs, the people around you need to have been attended to as children or no one will be able to sleep, keep their cars safe, or live in their apartments.
