I voted but I didn't spend as much time as I should have researching all my votes. I did my best but my life was kind of chaotic. It's hard to do real work when you don't have your own computer and the music in the Apple store is so loud. Still I regret the time I spent tripping on paranormal stuff instead of looking into the candidates' voting records. I did some research. Among other things, I did call one candidate twice and look at her website just to find out her position on one important issue. I finally got an answer. There were two races and some initiatives where I didn't vote due to a lack of information but in two races the majority party candidate will almost certainly win no matter what I do. At least I care.
The electoral vote from my area will go to Obama so I voted for the Green Party candidate as a protest. Wouldn't do that in Florida. There was no funny business at the polls that I could see. I guess this is such a liberal Democratic area that they don't bother with us. Thank God.
I want to do something about these vote-robbing zombies who seem to have come out of their Jim Crow graves.
Paper ballots!
