It's disgusting.
I took a lot of supplements late at night. I had a weird dream. I was being accused by the media of A) being too close to Oprah, B) trying to be Oprah and C) turning up my nose at Oprah for being too middlebrow. Their evidence: In the dream I had the same towels as Oprah, silky dark green towels flecked with white. In the dream at different times I was holding a press conference and trying to use the bathroom. You can't hold a press conference in your sleep but you can use the bathroom.
When I woke up I'd somewhat pee'd myself. Really unwelcome due to a diminished ability to do household tasks due to disability. That's the last time I take silica late at night.
I did launder some sheets because of it. I had to hand wash them and dry them in my apartment. Eventually I was happy to have some clean sheets because that had been way overdue.
Lesson: Don't mess with Oprah, even in your dreams.
