Improving Guarana
guarana n-acetyl l-tyrosine l theanin

Hi,
I love Guarana and hate Coffee. First I started taking Guarana only and added later L-Theanin to fight the caffeine side effects. Recently i read a lot about caffeine/nalt. So i thought i could add N-Acetyl L-Tyrosine to this little stack to further improve it.
Has anyone tried Guarana + N-Acetyl L-Tyrosine or all 3? And what do you guys think is a good dosage.
I mostly trying to improve my concentration for learning. I feel like i close focus really fast and fade a way quit often.
