Just because most people let themselves get fat, allow themselves to lose muscle, and because most people lose hair and let it go gray.... Just because of that most people think all 60 year olds loom like crap.
Can anyone Chuck Norris when he was Walker Texas Ranger?

What is appealing about this method is that there are no particular restrictions on what should be eaten in that single meal of the day.
We would have a very large control for such an approach: Theravada Buddhist monks aren't allowed to eat anything after 12 o'clock noon. In places were they aren't served at monasteries, or out of own intent go once a day for almsround in AM to have their one meal a day in time. Have to take any kind of food offered to them too. But many of them end up with diabetes when aged.

In the third pic he looks about 50. But the picture is blurry and that takes off a few years.

Yeah he doesn't look 25. Also who the f* wants to eat one meal a day? I've tried it, it sucks. I hate it. I can barely make it through the day and my job requires me to think. Our goal here is to find other means of achieving better.

He looks okay for 58, younger than many. But Japanese typically look a lot younger. I lived there a few years and on average I was about 10-15 years wrong.
