I eliminated a large age spot on my left hand by dabbing on a concoction several times/day for a month or so. The age spot eventually rubbed off leaving normal skin underneath. The skin now completely matches with no distinguishing mark. This was well over a year ago.
Unfortunately, I did not document the mixture thinking I would remember and I'm not sure exactly what was in it other than an oily turmeric and DMSO. There was at least one other herb as well. I cannot find anything in my notes that would suggest what it was or where I got the idea to make this mixture.
It was a pain to avoid staining everything I came into contact with with the turmeric. So for an age spot on my forehead I make up a batch omitting the tumeric. I didn't like having gunk smeared on my forehead and wasn't as diligent at dabbing it on as I had been with the back of my hand. I felt like it was going to fail without the tumeric and gave up early. Now I have decided to be more diligent about dabbing my forehead. But its been so long cannot recall the ingredients other than turmeric and DMSO.
I still have some of the batch without the tumeric left but it is very old. It's a very dark brown color. I tried adding some DMSO and turmeric to it, but the only turmeric I had on hand was BCM-95 curcumin. It did not mix well--it looks like discrete particles suspended in the concoction. The batch that worked was a smooth golden color,
I will continue experimenting because I know it can work--it did on the back of my hand.
