Is this good multivitamin? I am poor and in my country none of the high quality popular multivitamins are avaliable so paying for AOR Ortho Core + expensive delivery is not a option.

This seems like best I can get,it doesnt seem to have any calcium,and the vitamin E are 3 types I think.I read that only alpha tocopherol is bad.I can get two 90 pill bottles for 43 euro,is this decent or should I skip?

Some of the vitamins seem batshit crazy overdosed,is this a problem?
