Anyone still using it? If so, what effects are you getting, and what's the science?
I've done some research but simply can't find anything remotely current.

I've been using Nootropic Depot's caps, it's great for libido and natural energy. It's everything I wanted out of cordyceps.
Are you using cordyceps or shilajit?

I have used a couple of bottles of Jarrow Shilajit, and later also some pure Fulvic acid (PureAndFulvic or in the US knows as WuJinSan). For me it is one of the better supplements for some modest energy increase, also seems to increase blood flow a bit. Very few bad effects, modest improvements in mood and energy. Generally I don't tolerate things like caffeine, ginseng, etc. Effect from the two different products is about the same, but I personally won't use Shilajit again because fear of ingesting too many minerals.
Here's some ramblings from a dude who allegedly works in the industry:
I'd imagine you will find more concrete facts if you search about fulvic acid rather than shilajt (which I doubt has any good definition besides it should look like mammalian fecal matter and smell like urine).

I take 250mg Jarrows Shilajit Fulvic Acid Complex with my 200mg ubiquinol. Years ago I read where they are synergistic but have no clue where that study is now. I feel nothing from supplements but I got CoQ10 bloodwork done and 24hrs after my last dose my lab value was 2.6 with the range being 0.36-1.59ug/mL.
I am about to start this, but expecting an order of CoQ10 instead of Ubiquinol. Shilajit will be from ND. Not sure if I'll feel anything either but it's good to know that some people do, and that it's generally quite good for mitochondrial health/general health.

I took 40 ml of the Pure&Fulvic I just got today (Bioag EU). Think it says 6% fulvic acid, and the rest is water. Haven't used this stuff or other Fulvic acid or Shilajit related products for years.
It made me feel slightly tense the first 1-2 hours, but not as strong as a cup of coffee or some ginseng. Then now 6 hours later I feel really good. No other changes to my routine this day, except I didn't take my ADHD medication since I woke up late today (but when I skip the ADHD stims it usually makes me just feel slightly lethargic). A rather relaxing feeling for the past few hours, but some energy so to speak. Mostly what I'm happily surprised by is that I just seem to feel better, it's kind of hard to describe. Sort of like if you were exhausted and then took a really nice nap and now you feel good and relaxed but ready to do something. Oh and like usual with this product (and also with jarrows shilajit) is increased bloodflow which I'd say is moderate and to me very noticeable (I tend to have somewhat poor circulation to my fingers quite often even without the ADHD stims).
Other people may not feel it, at least not initially, like I said I tend to notice any stimulating kind of quality in substances for whatever reason. Since it's so subtle I might just work it into my routine and consider it a food supplement and not worry about it.

To clarify I ordered my fulvic acid from here https://www.health-s....nl/en/about-us
So it's been about 14 hours since I took the 40ml, most notably the blood flow effect is still present. I would say it's more potent than Meldonium/Mildronate in that regard (Meldonium is something I've used from time to time to help with my circulation as well as give some overall endurance in life). Thinking about the effects today from this fulvic acid and how I remember it before, it feels most similar to regular ginseng or an "adaptogenic" blend of schisandra, rhodiola rhosea and siberian ginseng --- but with peripheral blood flow increase and less of a stress on the body (like feeling your heart beat which even with those rather benign herbs I've noticed from time to time). Certainly no laser-focus effect on the mind, but I think the "energy increase" is there, and some mild stimulating effects on the mind, it just seems more general and unspecific in terms of the "energy increase" compared to any other substance making such claims.
As far as some study done with the PrimaVie shilajit (which is the kind Jarrow uses/used) and testosterone increase, I can quite believe that. Both the Jarrow Shilajit and this Pure&Fulvic stuff has from time to time really given me increase in sexual arousal. But I would say it's quite different from say low dose amphetamine in that regard, with prescription stims those feelings seem to come out of nowhere and they seem more like ideas or compulsions, but with the Shilajit or fulvic acid it seems more basic and less compulsive. But then again I'm not sure prescription stims would increase testosterone, so I'm not sure of drawing too many connections between serum testosterone and sexual arousal.

recently bought some more from above source. haven't used it in a long time until last few days. took more like 80ml total per day (spread out) for a couple of days.
annoying thing is I feel like I'm 13-15 again as far as sex drive. but now I'm combining it so to say with my very low dose of prescription Vyvanse/elvanse.
I would say it feels like the good effects are rather general on energy levels, perhaps more bodily than mental (or maybe my mind is enhanced and I'm just really distracted by the increase in sexual arousal), and even at these higher doses etc (think I used to take more like 15-40ml per day before, usually probably just 20 once per day) I think it's extremely tolerable as far as not feeling annoyed or tense. but I do find it rather annoying with the increased sexual arousal.
probably just going to take 20-40ml in the afternoon going forward, but the effects seem to stick around a bit which is nice and makes me think (together with the relative subtle profile) of it as a health supplement more than a temporary drug boost so to say.
usually this time of day after I've taken my prescription ADHD med my blood flow is somewhat restricted (enough to be noticed), but today it seems better than if I had not taken my stimulant at all.
seems a bit hard to find too specific studies on humans https://www.ncbi.nlm...les/PMC6151376/

Shilajit can be used to raise dopamine levels:
https://www.ncbi.nlm...les/PMC4883068/
Ashwagandha (500 mg/kg) as well as combined ashwagandha and shilajit treatment (day 21–30) lead to significant increase (P < 0.01) increase in corticohippocampal serotonin compared to untreated animals on ethanol (30 days). However, treatment with shilajit (50 mg/kg) alone or diazepam failed to increase serotonin levels compared to alcohol treated group. (b) Changes in dopamine levels before and after treatment. Shilajit (50 mg/kg) as well as ashwagandha and shilajit combination treatment (day 21–30) led to significant increase (P < 0.01) in corticohippocampal dopamine compared to untreated animals on ethanol (30 days).

Guess I can link these two,
https://www.ergo-log...stosterone.html
https://www.ergo-log...erone-dhea.html
I'm weary about drawing conclusions about subjective effects and say testosterone levels, because I know there's plenty of stuff affecting dopamine that really has more to do with what some consider "high testosterone" and those things don't necessarily affect t-levels (like say d-amphetamine or methylphenidate or various dopaminergic substances that can give "energy" and "libido"). And I have no ability to control my testosterone levels unfortunately. But it seems plausible to me.
