Ghrp-6 works well but the king of appetite increase is
Ibutamoren(MK-677)

Unless he is terminally ill or if it’s Dr. recommended the steroid
Equipoise (Boldenone Undecylenate) is a very potent appetite increaser.

And lastly unless he is extremely terminally ill and Dr. advised the steroid Anadrol (Oxymetholone) will put the most body weight on him. Unfortunately it’s hepatotoxic which leads to a decrease in appetite so it’s a double edge sword.

I know carnosine definitely increased my appetite when i started taking it 3.5 years ago.

I remember reading somewhere than Ginseng and Astragalus were used to increase appetite.
