I'm researching different hangover countermeasures and I keep coming across Activated Charcoal, DHM and NAC.
My understanding is that you would want to take NAC a couple hours after the Activated Charcoal as the Charcoal will bind to the NAC and flush the NAC out of your system. Would the same hold true for DHM?
The DHM usage protocol seems to be to take it before or during drinking. Has anyone experimented with taking Activated Charcoal and DHM? Does one work better than the other?
