Hello how are you? my name is gaspar and today I started to consume Pergamid (aniracetam) with a prescription. Each tablet is 750 mg, today I took two and I felt calmer and more concentrated (placebo i suppouse) My questions are:
What is the ideal dose?
Should I grind or crush the tablets and take them sublingually?
It suits me to divide the shots into 4 all day long?
it works without a choline ?
Adding noopept would be a good idea in two weeks?
PD: Aniracetam for 60 tablets it's expensive here in argentina, so taking 1500mg (1 in the morning, 1 in the afternoon) it doesn't cover 24 hs, what you recommend me?
