I noticed that a few nootropic vendors started stocking this, but has anyone here tried it or has some thoughts?

Seems to be a CNS stimulant of the phenylethylamine group and an advancement over PEA

Quote from one vendor

In contrast to unsubstituted PEA, the N-substitution may allow PEA-P to avoid immediate metabolism by MAO enzymes, and enzymatic N-dealkylation may release PEA and thus allow a more sustained elevated concentration of PEA to be achieved in vivo.

Then

The administration of monoamine oxidase (MAO)-inhibiting antidepressant drugs to experimental animals results in marked increases in the concentrations of PEA relative to the increases seen with the classical neurotransmitters noradrenaline (NA), dopamine, and 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT). The enormous increase in concentrations of trace amines such as PEA and tryptamine may contribute in part to the therapeutic effectiveness of these drugs.
