I think some of those unusually long lived people where social marketing constructs rather than people who actually existed. It's possible that the species could have produced someone who did live that long as some point, but there's no way to verify it at this point.
I however am planning on living well past 150 and I definitely think it's possible if you can crack it. But I wouldn't count on buying immortality as a pill right now. It's just not going to work like that. Rather, you're going to have to up every aspect of your health game. Get into genetics and get to know yourself better than anyone has been able to, endeavor to take conventional medical data further and start studying the bleeding edge of the life sciences. If you don't do that, I'd expect to die just like everyone else.

I would say, 'sure' - if you're asking today as a 3 year old.

My personal opinion is that it's likely, i.e. 50% chance of a reasonably healthy person under 50 now making it to 150 or more.

But what kind of 150 years? 65 years in a nursing home? No thanks, I'll pass on that.

Agreed, but that's almost impossible anyway. The chance of dying per year for say a 85 year old now is high enough they could never make it another 60 years with those odds. Making it to 150 means you would have to be relatively healthy for a large proportion of those years.

The key question is to be young, not a creaker, who has not died for 150 years.
For now, we have no solution.
