The only real benefit of fish are the omega-3 fats.
If you cut out sources of omega-6 fats and included more flaxseeds. You will be able to synthesize the same fats from fish (EPA/DHA), within your body.

I eat a lot of sardines with 5 tabs of Chlorella, at least 3 times a week.
The most recent toxicological studies still stand by fish consumption by a large margin.

That is not necessarily true. Most studies warn against eating fish high on the food chain and recommend eating a moderate amount of smaller forage fish low on the food chain. Of course this advice is due to the contamination of heavy-metals, dioxins and other pollutants that are found in fish.

is there any other way to get the nutritional benefits of fish without the microfibres?
Not eating fish.
Alternative omega3s:
- Ground flaxseed
- Chia seeds
- Walnuts
- Flaxseed oil stocked at low temperatures
- Vegan DHA
Alternative amminoacids:
- All other dietary sources of amminoacids
Alternative B12:
- All other dietary or supplemental sources of B12
