Hello

So i have been dealing with brainfog problem after waking up - caffeine made it worse so i tried different things. Recently magnesimum glycinate which gave me nice mood after waking up with smaller brainfog and eleuthero but at the same time i was super tired in the evenings so i stopped it. The best thing that worked out was pregnenolone - ater waking up when i took it at night i felt nearly a euphoria for 2 weeks and had great cognitive boost but after this time it completely lost its effects(it stopped working after that and i gained some weight as a side effect though).

Yesterday i couldnt sleep and i slept maybe 30 or 1 hour minutes and for the whole day i have amazing mood, energy and verbal fluency.... It seems that even if i sleep 6-7 hours so not so much i fell much worse. What may be the reason? I suspect cortisol or some sleep disorder - cortisol since pregenonlone balances it and i felt pretty similar today as when i took it and it gave good effects.

Also it seems that it affects my digestion and i feel sometimes brainfog after eating different foods. Can elevated cortisol have this effects or maybe GABA disorder? Also important thing is that ashwagandha didnt work for me good same as PS so probably something that mimic effect of pregenolone on cortisol may help.
