About 2 weeks ago, I started taking C60OO a tea spoonful and another dose 3 days later. Since then, I am having PVCs (premature ventricular contractions) on and off. I have stopped taking it.

This certainly seems possible. Any sort of stimulant that increases epinephrine can cause it in some people, and epinephrine does this by increasing ATP production. As C60 also appears to increase ATP production, it might have the same effect on those people.
