SIRT4 seems to be the last of the sirtuins to give up its secrets. Even in 2018 very little about it is known.

We know it is based in the mitochondria, is involved in suppressing glutamine synthesis to enforce arrest during DNA repair, and is essential to the ability of resveratrol to activate telomerase (in vitro).

Here is the place to share any research on this intriguing target, or ideas on how to activate it.
