During your day, do you bring up the topic, or if someone asks you about it do you just start telling everything you know?

Yes, I discuss all kinds of life extension topics with people. Cryonics is about the only thing that I sometimes hold back on a little, depending upon the audience.

Depends on the other person. I do at times feel ashamed when I gulp down whole handful of supplements during meals with others. But then I remind myself that others with the some chronic conditions haven't been as lucky to be able to reverse these condition. And have to feel ashamed for needing a wheelchair and portable oxygen instead.

Rarely to never, because why? Majority of people's awareness of supplements ends with words like multivitamin, Vitamin C, and fish oil... that is, unless you hang around the supplement isles of places like Natural Grocers.

Agreed. The majority of people are ignorant when it comes to Supplement. They think a multivitamin is all you need.

Yes, because I'm a big believer in herbalism and I think more people should know about it.

In my experience my Japanese and Chinese friends tend to be more credulous, but British and Americans more skeptical. Probably it's a matter of traditions.

It depends on the supplement being discussed, too. Talking about e.g. Ginkgo Biloba is more of a sexy subject than, say, Nicotinamide Mononucleotide.

No because most people are idiots and anything outside their world is strange and foreign to them.

I remember when I was two years into bodybuilding I wasn’t nearly as big I was maybe 200 pounds(natural back then) and in my cabinet I had about 30 different supplements. All things like vitamins, antioxidants , etc. and my roommate was like shouldn’t you be gigantically huge with all those supplements you take it. I didn’t even bother to respond because he had no clue that they were just vitamins and antioxidants.
