What's wrong with good old centrum silver?

As a daily multivitamin. No iron in the silver formulation (note I do take IPS though, which I believe is a much safer form). Only 0.5mg copper. RDA amounts of most else. Note it doesn't have a megadose of B-stuff which always makes me feel weird. It does have folic acid...but I'm not a believer in all this methylation stuff.

One issue might be all the minerals are in oxide form so perhaps not so bioavailable.

I'd say it's better than many multivitamins in that it doesn't contain megadoses of stuff that's been shown to be harmful.  Centrum Silver is also one of the only multivitamins that has been through a large, long term study (https://www.ncbi.nlm...les/PMC3517179/), though the formulation has changed a bit since then.
