lol wild blueberries. you literally picked the healthiest fruit out there silly, it wouldn't surprise me if you could find research indicating their use in.. pretty much anything

 

not saying they aren't effective here, or anyone with PTSD should skip their serving of berries, but just don't stop there.  If you put all your eggs in the blueberry basket, you may be disappointed. Do more, expect less

There also seems to be some interesting brain related work with humans.
