Are you still taking Agmatine 500 mgs and seeing mild positive effects? Thanks for letting us know.

Yes, absolutely! Current pre-cycling stack before a 1-2 hr workout 3-4 times a week is as follows.

250 mgs of...  L-Citrulline

500 mgs of...  NAC, L-Carnitine L-Tartrate, Acetyl L-Carnitine, Agmatine, Taurine

750 mgs of...  Beta Alanine, L-Arginine HCL

2.5 Grams of...  Beet Root Powder, Red Spinach Extract

5 Grams of... D-Ribose

So to separate out Agmatine is virtually impossible, however I have no problems with this stack. As a rough gauge of exercise efficiency, my current VO2max is estimated to be 43, which is rated "excellent" for my age, my wife's is 45, which is rated "superior" for her age, and she uses the same stack. And weight is down a bit since April, HR is lower, all stats are actually improving. I wouldn't attribute too much of this to Agmatine, but it's in the mix and doing something.

Where do people buy their Agmatine these days? I'd like to retry this supplement, it seems to have efficacy against various addictions like alcohol, nicotine and morphine.

How do you get to the estimated VO2max?

How do you get to the estimated VO2max?

At the time (2019) I was using Hrv4Traing.com ( with their subscription) to help with my cycling sessions. It did provide an estimated VO2max as described in this link. The link for cyclists appears to now be empty, so runners only at this point in time. Although I don't see why it would not still be useful anyway.
