Hello everybody,

I´m starting the uridine stack but need some help with specific questions.

First, it seems like sublingually is best. However, all the uridine brands I find online are capsules, so I don´t know if there is something I am missing here. Am I supposed to put them under my tongue?

Second, I see that folate and B12 are the vitamins that could be affected by uridine, so why is a b-complex or even a multivitamin recommended? I would prefer to just buy methylfolate and B12 supplements separately instead of adding unnecesary vitamins where I am not defficient. Is this ok?

Lastly, I eat 4 eggs per day and fish twice a week, sometimes more. Considering that, is it still necessary for me to add choline and fish oil?

Thanks a lot for your help!
