A lot of people talk about stuff that makes it better. Does anything make it worse?

Sure cholinergics quickly and easily. Anything that crosses the BBB and therefore can't be regulated as well. Eg CDP choline, AGPC etc. Actually I wonder how many around here are still taking these sorts of things, which now seem rather basic compared to what's out there.

Slight while I ago I took ashwagandha fsm55 or whatever it's called. I felt decent for about an hour. One day later I had (rebound OCD) horrible OCD.
Lately something has been spiking my OCD by a lot. I started taking an active B complex every day. Maybe that's it.
