Following this study: https://www.ncbi.nlm...les/PMC2792615/ ; garlic seems to have some MAOIs properties. 100mg/kg of garlic extract is comparable to imipramine 15mg/kg in mice. HED would be 8,1mg/kg of GE.

I'm currently on Sertraline 200mg, Aripiprazole 5mg, Mirtazapine 15mg. Can I replace those with a garlic extract? Would I risk going into serotonin syndrome for combining it with SSRIs?

I know a brand which offers an extract with a ratio of 100:1 at 400mg per pill! How much I'd need to consume to get >85% of MAO inhibited?
