Looking to get Broccoli seeds analysed for Glucoraphanin (GR) content to find the value cultivar for supplementation, the stuff you buy on Amazon in bulk is often times not even Broccoli, and such open pollinated cultivars typically have less than half the GR content than hybrids (e.g. Marathon, but these are 100x as expensive as the open pollinated sorts).
Bonus if they're also able to measure erucic acid levels, I suspect 1 day sprouting is more than enough for daily consumption of 5g to be perfectly safe.
Contract labs that can do HPLC analysis of broccoli seed Glucoraphanin content?
