"The role ofmu opioid receptors in these effects remains unclear"

thats not the best conclusion to go anywhere with... but anyway does it mean naltrexone use kind of sensitizes the dopamine receptors or what exactly as im confused by this study all together

I didn’t research it enough. I was looking up things that can potentiate the reinforcing affects of Amphetamine and came across that as well as Topamax.

hmm i thought of topamax as acting on GABA. this is interesting. anyway i wouldnt risk with naltrexone for anything, it is likely to cause dysphoria and other side effects of inhibiting opioid and dopamine system
