The best, IMO, is Thorne Prenatal.

Hi mate, the formulation is excellent on that one however they threw in Boron for some weird reason into it and Boron has shown in scientific studies to create issues with births mainly smaller sized and low weight births
Can you quote some studies / provide references.
If you read this recent review:
https://medcraveonli...T/MOJT-03-00053
It states:
Boron exposed females
Epidemiological studies on boron exposure in pregnant woman and the body weights of newborns in highly boron exposed areas are inadequate. Recently Igra et al., reported inverse association between boron exposure during pregnancy and birth size in northern Argentina. This study, however, shouldn’t be considered as a supportive evidence for boron mediated developmental toxicity in females. As mentioned above lithium exposure and the high altitude of the sampling area have not been taken into consideration in that study. Therefore comprehensive epidemiological studies are needed especially on body weights of newborns in highly boron exposed populations.
Are these the studies you were referring to?
WebMD states that "Boron is LIKELY SAFE for pregnant and breast-feeding women age 19-50 when used in doses less that 20 mg per day."
The Thorne product has 1mg of Boron.
I suspect the well known benefits outweigh any (seemingly unproven) downside risk.

thanks mate
there is evidence that boron causes birth defects in higher doses, however not sure what the risk will be on 1mg per day and what is the purpose of adding boron in the first place?
anyway here are some links
