Sulforaphane causes or combats depression?

in this page it says Sulforaphane increases Acetylcholine, which according to folks on this forum, that could cause depression.

it says Sulforaphane combats depression.

 

which is it?

That guy seems to be a carnivore diet zealot.

 

The religious impulse is strong in humans.  They can even turn things like diet into religions apparently.

 

Humans are omnivores.  Eat some meat, some plants. Broccoli is pretty good for you.  In all things moderation.
