I understand you can get a inhaler from Amazon or Ebay and it contains a amphetamine like analogue (legal). This is from what I gathered: you break the inhaler and you pick out the cotton soaked propylhexedrine in the base and then leave it to soak in some water (for how long exactly and does it matter if it's cold or warm water?) for a while and then take the cotton out and put the remaining water into a strainer to filter out the cotton then done - drink the water. How am I supposed to measure the dosage? can you just use it once per inhaler and how long does the effects last and does it feel like adderall or stronger/weaker?
