Claims that he didn't change his diet or exercise, lost 18 lbs, lost 2 inches on his waist, put on 2 inches on his chest, and put on an inch on his biceps.
He's also been taking bio-samples (blood?) every week -- for a year prior and throughout the period of weekly injections -- and will be analyzing these in a few months.
