Hello, I'm new to this mitochondria thing but from what I can gather increase it will give you more energy. There is a few supplements I have come across I need a little bit help understand. I understand there is two different forms of CoQ10 (not sure what the different is) ubiquinone and Ubiquinol. There is also something called PQQ and it helps with mitochondria too. And lastly there is something by the name of mitoQ but I heard it is not as strong as the coQ10 but has better absorption. I also have a question regarding this https://www.nutrusta...ubiquinol-coq10 they claim it is the best form of coq10 but the ingredients show vitamin E and uses something called VESISorb no idea what that is but apparantly it increases bioavailbility very much of anything.

lastly could black pepper/bio pepperine be helpful to increase absorption? or is most of / all this just Snake Oil BS?
