I'm about to take this stuff internally but I read a few people saying that it can cause "post-Finasteride syndrome" from lowered DHT like effects like depression, anxiety, impotence, erectile dysfunction, decreased libido due to the fact it's an 5α-Reductase Inhibitor.(at least what I read online it's a 5α-Reductase Inhibitor)

https://en.wikipedia...ctase_inhibitor

User "Hyperflux" posted in the other GHK-CU thread that he was having these effects and they weren't going away.

How many of you have experienced such effects and did they go away over time?

I'm also interested in this one, for the anti aging and anxiolitic properties (to stack with Sermorelin and Epitalon for other benefits)...Would be very nice if someone could report first hand experiences with GHK-cu...

This thread seems like a very important subject, yet it hasn't got any attention. I would also know if it has these side effects please.

You can use finasteride. But at a much lower dose than recommended. Use 0.3mg every 3 days.
You want to reduce DHT, not eliminate it.

I'm quite interested in this. Does GHK actually inhibit 5ar? I've not been able to find any studies confirming this. I am suffering from what's known as Post Finasteride Syndrome. So, I want to be very careful in avoiding 5ar inhibitors. GHK seems like it has a lot of benefits and I'd like to try it if it can be confirmed it does NOT inhibit 5ar.

Take creatine and do therapies that increase testosterone like red light on your balls and icing them. Lots of herbs inhibit 5ar. GHK probably isn't going to destroy your dht.

I’m taking ghk-cu subcutaneous for about 6 months straight (and about 1 year on/off) at 3-5mg ED.
At 54, along with 100mg preg at night + 25mg zinc and 8000iu vit D, my testosterone levels and morning woods are better than ever. C reactive protein was so low that the lab was unable to measure it (less than 0,3), and PSA lower than last blood test (1,3 instead of 1,6)
So no worries with ghk-cu. It’s the basis of my anti aging regimen.

Google Post Finasteride Syndrome, Post Accutane Syndrome.
