I've been taking a few supplements for a while and I want some advice.

1. Does Reishi grow tolerance over time, and if so, how often and how should I cycle it? I can't tell because some days I require 3g of spore powder and some days 1g is enough. I can't find a pattern...
2. Same questions for Cordyceps
3. How much of Gotu Kola should I take? I've been taking 750mg in the morning, but I don't think I feel anything when I do.
4. Sometimes I feel a lot of anxiety a few hours after I've taken Guarana, but for the first few hours I sometimes (not always) get a lot of energy. Is there an explanation for this?
5. Should you cycle siberian ginseng? It's an adaptogen and I can't say I feel anything when I take 300mg of 10:1 extract, but maybe sometimes it takes away some joint and gut inflammation?
6. Is there any need to cycle mushrooms such as oyster? Simple mushrooms like that.
