What is your diet like?
So things are a lot better now. Megadosing d3 has helped a lot. Have to supplement high k2 which has side effects for me hence my constant struggle with this as you've seen from other posts of mine (by megadose I mean 5k iu but this rapidly causes hypercalcemia).
Diet growing up was...bad. High carb/low fat/ low protein. Long story but stupid parents.
Sadly even now I'm way behind on the endurance front, I think there are some lasting adaption from childhood I just didn't /couldnt get.
Diet now is fixed, good balance of fresh vegetables/lean proteins. I do consume a lot of whey if that means anything.
Battling nagging low mood/motivation. Trying maca for this presently which seems to be having some dopaminergic effects. Jury is still out. Other than this no other supps apart from D/K2
Also battling a few other cognitive issues. I generally feel a lot less mature/ready for the challenges of the world than people much younger than I am (I'm 30). I'm not stupid-near perfect SAT score and high GPA from Ivy- but I just feel so disconnected from life. Can't figure out what I want or how to get it. Don't have a strong personality presence even though I'm 6'2. Constantly feeling like "so-and-so has it all figured out, why don't I" and it's not about wealth, I've been lucky in my career and investments, it's more about "waking up" and taking control of life.
Man, it's weird for me. This forum has been hugely helpful but in a way hurtful too- various noots and supps have made me realize things just maybe could get normal for me but it's just beyond my grasp.
