I’ve read that ginkgo could be useful for focus, clarity and increase in dopamine, so I’d like to add it (NOW Foods 120 mg version) to my stack, which is the one below:
black seed oil, curcumin, resveratrol, grape seed extract, spirulina, vit D3, vit K2, magnesium threonate, taurine
Some questions:
- Do you see any potential bad interaction between ginkgo and my stack?
- I’ve seen that ginkgo could pair well with ginseng and royal jelly: do you have any experience with this combo or other adaptogens, such as rhodiola or cordyceps?
- Considering that ginkgo has blood thinning effects, should I discontinue fish oil?
- Should I add zinc, for helping with focus and other benefits?
- Since I suffer from rumination and overthinking, adding NAC would help?
- If I’m boosting dopamine with ginkgo, should I add something to balance serotonin as well?
