This sounds like another great advance in AI. Maybe? https://www.vice.com...s-humans-missed (authors speculate it could be applied to medicine as well)

Unfortunately, I have been hearing about these types of advances for years - decades really - yet my hair is still turning grey, I am still bald, my joints are not as good as they used to be, my skin is damaged and wrinkled, etc....

AI has been really good at playing Go and poker, getting people depressed and addicted to consumerism and Facebook, routing Internet traffic, allowing self-driving cars, and such, but not so good at understanding the complexity of aging and disease - so far.
