How many grams of cacao should you use if you are mixing it with water?

I just used about 6 grams because that was the serving size on the package.

I mix 1 heaped teaspoon raw non-alkalized cocoa powder in water or fat-free milk and drink that two or three times daily.

Are you worried about cadmium in that powder?

A little bit, after a report on consumerlab.com, but I need to read more about that topic first.

Edit: That refers to cadmium in cocoa powder in general, my brand has not been tested by consumerlab I believe.

It seems since january 2019 a new EU regulation shall protect customers from too much cadmium in cocoa (products).

Yeah I heard that but in the USA the FDA does not regulate it. I heard it is just from cacao from South America and Africa has better quality cacao because they have diffrent soil. I am very impressed with cacao though, it really realeases endorphins and makes you very happy, it is very powerful. However I just woke up today and my right side near my liver hurts and I just started taking it yesterday so I am not sure what that is about. However this stuff can definitely be used as an antidepressant.
