Hi,
I’d like to start supplementing Kelp, each capsule has 150mcg of iodine, so I’m at 100% RDA.
Do I have to supplements selenium as well?
The rest of my stack is:
NAC, vitamin C, magnesium, vit D3, Vit K2, taurine, fish oil, resveratrol and sometimes black seed oil.
I’m considering adding also spirulina OR brewers yeast, which are two good natural sources of b vitamins, uridine and proteins.
