do you have a link to anyone dying from overdose on spinach and/or dark chocolate or are you talking out of your ass as usual?
i know personally i overdosed on dark chocolate few times in the past and i thought i was going to die. but thats because it contains theobrimine and lots of caffeine and it caused me to feel like im having a heart attack.
In Spanish there is a saying: Cuando el sabio señala la luna, el necio mira el dedo.
You get caught up in meaningless details, when the point is that you are always poisoning yourself by acting as a complete moron, is there anything that you don't use to harm yourself? You just confessed that you felt that you were going to die from eating too much chocolate, half of your posts are about you feeling bad and paranoid for taking this and that, and you use this to spread as much fear and missinformation about every compound as you possibly can. Still, no matter how much you fear everything, you keep making stupid things like eating more than a kilo of strawberries in one sitting, just for then to crazily correlate this with muscle damage and nerve pain, which would be laughable coming from another user without your record, given that your old account was more of the same.
Dude, get out of this community before you really fuck yourself up, you are not capable of being responsible enough, and you are going to end up messing yourself up pretty badly. Also, you are not valuable for anyone here, all your content is pure crap against whatever compound you personally fear or dislike, cherry picking data to make people scare and reinforce your own anxiety towards anything.
I came here because it was the place with the smartests and more resourceful individuals, up to the point that I was afraid of commenting, and I refrained to do so a lot, just because how much of an idiot I am by comparison; lately, however, all kind of stupid users are allow to intoxicate with their nonsense, and the great minds are more and more absent, logically.
Also, no, don't eat a fucking kilo of spinach or black chocolate in one sitting, something that no one in his right mind will ever do, because you may die.
The ingestion of 4–5 g of oxalate is the minimum dose capable of causing death in an adult.
Within 2–4 h after ingestion of 600 g of both rhubarb and spinach by normal individuals, urinary oxalate was observed to exceed the normal concentration (0.3 mmol) and crystalluria occurred.73

A diet with a preponderance of foods containing substantial oxalate has long been known to be dangerous, and sometimes deadly8. Oxalate in foods, including rhubarb9–12, star fruit13–15, and sorrel16 has been cited as the proximal cause of human deaths many times.
Despite several recent medical case reports that faulted the consumption of peanuts8,142,143, green juices8 and smoothies144, tea145, nuts and nut butter146, cashews147, and a weight loss diet consisting of spinach, kale, berries, and nuts148 for kidney failure in patients, oxalates remain obscure compounds of no special concern in modern health care.
For reference, a half cup of cooked spinach contains several hundred milligrams of oxalate (330 – 520 mg)82,90,94.

I am really sorry for the off-topic, if I should be punished by the mods, I get it. If you downvote me, I also get it. I am trying to do what I feel that is right, however. And I don't think that anyone in this thread should take 100 strawberries to get their fisetin.
