I am using this TENS unit that you may be able to find cheaper on ebay.

I am using these ear clips for my tragus and ear lobe electrode connections
https://www.amazon.c...n/dp/B07VWP93PH
They do not clip very tightly and tend to fall off, especially the one on the tragus. I find if
I loop the lead for the tragus clip over my ear, it holds on better. I generally put face cream
or spit on my tragus and ear lobe to increase conductivity, and that tends to make them
slippery.
You can also buy a kit with lots of other adhesive electrodes that includes the same two ear clips

The clips in the link below hold on the tragus a lot better, but they are expensive on Amazon

I am using 100ms/25hz/15min tVNS TENS settings on both ears at the same time. I tried 250ms/25hz/15min but it
did not seem as effective for me.
I do not see much tVNS effect on my blood pressure or pulse rate. But tVNS has helped my tennis game!
I get up at 7am, do tVNS for 15min at 7:30am, and play tennis at 8:00am. tVNS before play seems to improve my reaction time.
There is a paper that claims double blind tests show a 20% reaction time improvement, and I seem
to be experiencing something like that. YMMV. I did tVNS daily for a few weeks, but now I only do it before tennis
about 3-4 times per week. My tennis buddies say they have noticed an improvement in my play.
I am not a video gamer, but I wonder if it could work there also by improving reaction time?
